This form is for use by our existing Kennard Real Estate tenants only.
If you are a tenant in a property that we, Kennard Real Estate, manage you may use this form to advise us of your intention to vacate the property you are currently renting.
Please note: If the term of tenancy on the Tenancy Agreement was for a periodic tenancy then you will need to give us 21 days notice prior to vacating.
Please Note: If you use the Notice to Vacate form, we will require a signed copy of this form.
